Riverview meets at 8861 N. Magnolia Ave (the old Mulvaney’s Bar & Grill) in Santee, and has 2 service times to choose from: 8:30am & 10:15am.

We’re a casual, come-as-you-are kind of Church, so wearing suit & tie isn’t necessary! We have a fun, educational program for all kids, birth through 5th grade, called “Kids Town”, during all three services, and our Middle School & High School students meet in the Warehouse (across the parking lot from the Church) during the 10:15am.

What started as a dream in the summer of 2010, a handful of families met together, prayed, and asked God to do something great again in the east county of San Diego. As a result of those prayers, a Sunday night Bible study started in January of 2011, and on Easter Sunday, April 24th, 2011, more than 300 people came to celebrate the Grand Opening of Riverview Community Church!

Riverview was established on the premise that the community belongs in the Church and the Church needs to get back out into the community.  Holding true to that belief, Riverview’s first location was at Cajon Park School in Santee.  We take pride in our partnership with Cajon Park, and have invested our time and financial resources to not only the facility, but also the students.

Out in the community, we have worked alongside the Santee Food Bank and with organizations such as Santee Santa’s to provide support to families who have fallen on hard times.

At the center of this is our faith in Jesus Christ, who told us to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength…and to, Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Mark 12:30)

We believe that loving God and loving people should make the Church a movement, and not a monument. It’s a movement that you’re invited to be a part of.
